FREEME ✌ LUMINTOP CL2 4*SST20 NW 630lm Type-C Camping Lantern Group Buy - ALIVE!!!

Interested as well

Arrived today. I love it, although I wish there had been candle mode. Nonetheless it is the usual Lumintop quality - just excellent.

Thanks a lot for this.

Yup, built quality is surprising good.

BTW, thank you for the support!

Interested in 3 although I’m leaning toward LT1.

My CL2 arrived within nine working days.

The color temperature is 3650K (BLF LT1: 2750K, Zanflare T1: 2800K).
Measured with the Whitebalance-Tool in Adobe Lightroom.

Energy consumption is 4.9W in Turbo mode.

The Lantern can be powered via USB-C even without inserted cells.

Conclusion:
10€ cheaper than the Sofirn BLF LT1 and smaller, but only neutralwhite.

That's a rather new method for me to estimate the color temperature of a flashlight.

But how do you know that your camera captured white balance accurately?

This method is not exactly accurate unless proven with a sekonic c-800? I shoot in RAW and black drop happened to be 50% gray.

The image sensor captures each photon and does store the results as digital RAW. So Adobe Lightroom/Raw Converter reads out the values.
It is very accurate, like +/- 50K.

I would definitely be interested in this if its still active!

I would love a code if I am not too late.

I got mine a few weeks ago and am really impressed. I love the AA or lion choice and the usbc charging for the 14500s. The size is perfect for most of my needs and I love the SST20 leds. I still love my LT1, but if I can get a code I would love to order another one for my sons’s truck.
Excellent lamp. Thanks

Yes, but you still need to tell Lightroom what the true white balance value is. You can choose “Auto” in Lightroom, but that’s no guarantee that it’ll be correct. I’ve been using Lightroom for almost a decade, and I know it’s a crap shoot.

Best way is to place a grey white balance card in your photo and use that to set white balance in Lightroom.

So close to completion but got interrupted by all the recent group buys.

You misunderstood the topic. It’s abut finding out the color temperature of the lantern, not about editing the picture and setting the white balance in the image file.
And finding out the white balance ist accurate with Lightroom.
A greycard isn’t neccesary if you take a defocused picture or blur it afterwards.
