I tried two dimmers for a 24V (constant voltage) LED strip.
Both dimmers flicker as soon as less than 75% power is set.
(Tested with slow-motion video)

You are blaming the dimmer. If you used two different dimmers and still had the same problem with this 24V strip, it may be something in the strip instead. I use the same dimmer shown at the bottom of the page to control two DIY ceiling lamps in my family room that I made a couple of years ago. I used 12V DC SMD 5630 LED strips in the lamps. There is no noticeable flicker. The lamps are powered by a recycled 12V 30W universal volatage (85-240V AC) converter,

Ikea sells the Tradfri system, which also has a 24V 30w power supply
According to Ikea - Trammell Hudson's Projects the 10W version works with 1khz at the lowest setting.
So good chance that the Ikea driver is flickerfree.
I misspoke: I tried both dimmers separately.
I have also connected another power supply to exclude errors.
Tried also a 12V Strip.
That video looks like (to me) the PWM from the dimmer interacting with the camera shutter speed.
This is often the case with PWM in the lower frequencies.
Power the LED strip from a battery or other DC source and you don’t see flicker.
Then if you see flicker with the dimmer attached - you know the dimmer is at fault.
A spinning fan blade is helpful in detecting PWM at higher Freq. Let it get to full speed and turn it off.
As it spins down, you’ll see the PWM freeze the motion at times.

If I remember correctly, I saw an irregular flickering with my eyes at the wireless driver.
Possibly that was a counterfeit of the driver.
