Being clean for almost 27 yrs ā- I was one of the worse type ā- I made plenty moneyā Drank / Smoked / Snorted anything I could get my hands onā That Glass Pipe got a hold of me so bad I had to change or Elseāā My only advise I give people is to not convince yourself you can be a rational user ā- Just donāt Drink ā Just donāt Smoke ā Go buy stuff you donāt need LOL ā- Lights

In our metro area, there is a vape shop calledā¦ and I kid you notā¦ āYOU SUCK VAPES.ā I donāt know how they stay in business. 
I do like root beer when I'm avoiding caffeine.

FIRST I wanna say āNICEā RACOON CITY and Congrates. A decade clean and sober is an accomplishment that a good chunk of people never make to. Iām definitely glad that you found yourself before you completely lost yourself!

RC, I have the same question about vapesā¦ what is the difference between old and new school? I have never felt the need for anything more than papers and a zippo for the 4 or 5 times a year I partake. I guess, at least I mostly know what is in it that way.

I am glad that you were able to stop in time on your own, before you placed your self beyond any and all human aid. When that happens, there is a solution, but it involves taking action to get connected to a power greater than ourselves that will solve the problem of lack of willpower.

You are doing the right thing, keep your friends close, but understand who is a real friend. 
A real friend will never expect you to follow them into using any drug or doing anything illegal.
