FREEME ✌ ASTROLUX FT03S SFH55 9300lm & FT03 SFT40 2200lm 1300m NarsilM v1.3 USB-C - ALIVE

Emitter shortage.

I figured as much, it was highly anticipated (at least in the flashlight community) and sold really fast with the dealers that had it in stock. If my bare emitters ever come in, I may do an emitter swap on my ft03 just to take some beam shots :)

freeme,
interested in ft03 with SFT40 emitter ,thanks.

Sounds good. Hopefully, the emitter is fully compatible with FT03 reflector.

Have you heard any news about this? Are they still waiting on the SFT Leds?

THIS COMING AUGUST! They already reserved 3000pcs.

Interested in SFT40. My first real thrower. Hope it’s good!

I made a FT03 with the SFT-40 its a great combo i got almost 430kcd (rated at 400kcd by Banggood). I think the SFT-40 is brighter than the SST-40 when direct driven. I reflowed a SFT-40 onto the 26mm board and the focus is good, with a good cell the amperage is a bit high hitting 10.5amps which i feel is to much for the LED probably around 9.5amps is the sweet spot.

Overall i already liked the FT03 its a great light at a great price and i would highly recommend the SFT-40 edition, of course there is no warm white or neutral white SFT-40 yet.

Feel free to remove the video from this thread, i dont want to spam the thread for no reason.

I think there has been a revision to the driver of the FT03 the newer driver is similar to the FT03 mini driver, i have a newer FT03 and its different to my original driver.

That’s great news Freeme! :partying_face:

I am wondering if they are also planning to offer the FT03 light with the XHP-50 Hi led (dedomed version)

Could you please ask? Thanks! :slight_smile:

@Everydaysurvivalgear - Nice review !

I think your review is worthy of having it's own thread....having it in here might be lost to heaps of others who might be interested in this light.

Interested in SFT40 version of the FT03.
