Flashlight with dual way USB C input/output

Hello, I'm looking for a budget, traditional, single cell and decently light flashlight, that has dual way USB Type C port, which would allow me to charge my phone out in the field as well. I have two flashlights on my mind right now:

  • Sofirn SP35
  • Wurkkos TS21

But unfortunately I can't find any information on whether do they have USB Type C output compatible port.

I know about wurkkos hd20, and I have it myself, while happy with it, it is a little heavy (130g) and I also want traditional handheld flashlight.

Also anyone knows about power output efficiency rating on any of these flashlights? Don't have Type C powermeter.

Sorry for any formating or spelling mistakes I might have left, posting from cellphone.

Hi Augis! Welcome to BLF.

I am sorry if I don’t answer to your questions, but you made me think about 2 other options that can be used as “powerbanks”.

One is the Supfire G20. It is a heavy flashlight, it has a built-in 2000mAh rechargeable battery (non removable), USB to USB-C charging and also has a USB port included, to which you can attach a regular USB cable. So, it is not dual way , but allows charging through a USB cable.

The other is the battery (and cable) included with the Wuben D1 flashlight, which is rechargeable through USB-C and that can be used to charge other devices through that cable. It has 3400mAh.

Again, sorry for not focusing in /answering about your options!

Hey, thanks for a reply, checking your wuben review right now, will definitely look more into it.

Here is a list of lights with usb-c charging and powerbank functionality. But you’ll have to read the manufacturer pages and reviews (linked on that list if they exist) to see if they work the way you want them to work. Some usb-c lights can’t do c-to-c charging. Some of the powerbanks use weird custom c-to-a adapters.
