USB AC adapter -- best value ideal one for lithium battery recharging?

I have a number of USB A/C power adapters that I’ve been using for cell phones over the years. One of the better ones was made by Blackberry, which looks like a little compact cube. It has been just fine for cell phone recharging, but when attempting to use for a lithium cell recharger, it really doesn’t pull enough amps. It’s either too slow on charging, or the charger’s interface doesn’t function properly (lag, notably on my Nitecore). Also, some of these cheaper ones are really dangerous. I have one that’s white and reminiscent of an Apple branded USB A/C power adapter. That thing works fine for my iPod. But when I inadvertently used it to plug in a 26650 USB-C rechargeable flashlight, the thing got noticeably hot.

TLDR; What’s a good value brand USB A/C adapter that provides ample power for lithium battery chargers?

I bought this 3-pack a few months ago:

I tested all three and they do indeed deliver around 18W to my phone and/or a LiIon charger. I’ve only used them a handful of times so I can’t comment on their long-term durability, but they seem fine.

Thanks. That’s a good deal, 3 for $13… but it seems it may be 2.1 or 2.4A. I’m trying to find something 3A at least. And actually 2 ports. I’m looking at one that has USB-A and one USB-C as a possibility.
