Looks like it holds it lumens really well despite the heat and that it also surpasses its rated 5000 lumens @ 30second too! Mihgt be a good candidate for the QB26800, i have a couple extra coming in anyway..
BUT, it offers the emitter you mention and i have never heard of, as an option: SFN55.2
It is claiming 7800 lumens, but it doesn't even show an image of it in the light. it is a little less expensive than the sbt90.2 option, i wish there was more info on it..
Maybe someone will do a review on it in the coming weeks..
I had an NI40 SBT90.2 which I purchase in Oct 2019 and while the light itself worked fine, the paintwork wasn’t great. Some of it started coming off and I treated it just like all my other lights. Had only used it indoors yet and hadn’t hit or scraped it against anything. Hopefully they’ve fixed it now. Also the switch wasn’t great…hard to access turbo.
Oh boy, mine is holding up well, but haven't dinged it so can't say - it looks like a better anodizing, but maybe not. Mine has a tail power switch so turbo is easy, just another mode. I really like the thermal finning on this light.
Boy, you got me wondering now. The other NA40 light is also holding up well, though it's side switch is pretty stiff. Both have nice threads, SS bezels, etc.
Good to hear mostly good things about their quality, I'm also interested in this light because it has that side switch not the tail switch that I've heard mixed reviews about
