This is a fairly high current 18650 battery with moderate capacity.











The two cells tracks nicely and can deliver the rated 20A.























Conclusion

This is good high current cells.

Is the high amperage the limiting factor on mAh? I was just wondering why this cell is 2500mAh when presumably it could be 3000mAh… given the price.

Basically, yes. There is a compromise between capacity and max current.

This is not so easy .
The one and only battery TODAY with 3000mAh and 20A , is the Murata (Sony) VTC6A .
Tomorrow … we will see batteries like VTC6A … , from the others …. FOR SURE .
But today the biggest and the strongest at that mAh’s , it is Sony … and is the only battery with this mAh’s and Amps .
The main reason is the large amount of use of graphene .
Tomorrow everybody will use it and we will have AGAIN …… a war …… ( a war goοd for us … :smiley: )

Great review as always. May I suggest to include a link to the product so that we can be sure that we are buying from the same (genuine) source as you did? :slight_smile:

That is not possible for two reasons:

  1. I post the review on multiple websites and not all allows links to shops.
  2. I do seldom have a link. Many batteries are donated by manufactures (or others) that do not sell low quantities.

I believe Vapcell has a aliexpress webshop, but it may not be usable for all countries.

For me it is perfectly fine if somebody (Including the manufacturer) post some links in my review thread, but they may get banned from the forum! I.e. before posting links it is a very good idea to read the rules for the forum and/or ask the owner/moderator.
