There’s tons. If you want fast charging at 3 amps, Vapecell S4 is the way to go. The Dragon is another one that’s good. You could also look at the oldie but goodie Opus btc3100 v2.2 or Littokala 500S. Otherwise it’s 1 amp or 500 mA max for 4 slots.
Speaking of chargers, there’s so many these days. Looks like everyone is making one. Even Astrolux has one now.
It must be a major chore if one’s shopping for a charger these days.
Just chip in my opinion. Vapcell S4+ is quite a good one and meets those few requirement you mentioned. But only Slot 1 and 4 able to charge 26650.
Added : I used to have Lii-500 and upgraded to a Lii-500S. But I have given away the Lii-500S as it charged my cells up 4.25V which I’m not comfortable with. Currently am still using the 1st batch of Vapcell S4+(Version 1).

I used the Vapcell S4 last week, but BG doesn’t have any in stock. Waiting for factory production which may take a while I suppose with shortage of chips.
Well, my Miboxer had a channel die last January. This was the best I found yet.
Besides, why would you be shopping like a couple of months prior to your intended purchase?
It’s not like a large ($100+) order.
Anyways, as I mentioned, charger may take a month or more to get here with chip shortages. The Miboxers are no longer manufactured, BG is probably reducing its inventory. Don’t know what is to become of Vapcell chargers – they may also be discontinued…
I have the xtar vp4 plus dragon, but also have the xtar vc8…which I find preferable. It supports even protected 21700 cells, and shows the internal resistance and mah that the charger puts into the battery, without probes. There are some extra diagnostic features on the dragon, but the added battery length ability, and simple readouts of IR and MAH, are more useful to me. The dragon does not actually support 21700 batteries, even though the unprotected 21700 does barely fit. The VC8 will charge nearly any battery I have except the super tiny ones under 40mm long or the olight modified cells. For me, the VC8 is better and, I think it is less expensive. If you are not a battery anylist, nor charging lipo battery packs, the VP4 plus dragon likely has features you will never use. The VC8 has, for most people, all the needed features, supports longer batteries, and can charge 8 18650 or 21700 cells at a time. 26650, c-cell, d-cell due to width can only charge 4. I use the VC8 daily, and the VP4 plus dragon only occasionally. The VC8 is my favorite charger, and I have many of them.
Hi there, the VC4L is the upgrade of VC4. If you need the Grade mode for testing cell capacity, or Store mode for maintaining the batteries, charge protected 21700*8 at same time, the VC8 would be better.

Personally not a fan of simple LED-chargers but still the S4 Plus is my best charger IMHO, and I have a lot of good ones
So I´m still impressed about Vapcells first Allround-Charger/Analyzer, especially when I take a look at many competitors which are still not capable to create a charger which discharge-function or with different settings for every slot.
But you should know, the longer the developing of new charger takes the better it have to be
