【convoy】H4 and B35AM options are updated

Do you often use facebook and reddit? Sometimes I want to post pictures of some new things. Uploading pictures here is a troublesome thing. I have to upload the pictures to flicker first, and then copy the link to post here.

I’m sure Reddit.com/r/flashlight would love to have you post there.

ok ,thank you .

I’m not on FB or Reddit so I hope the fellow members who are there can pass some information to BLF, too :innocent:

I visit the Convoy facebook fans page all the time... you may continue posting there please.

Facebook is cancer. You could just link to reddit posts here if you posted a picture there.

I visit Reddit r/flashlights very often, I’m more than happy to report any of Simon’s uploads.

I use imgur (https://imgur.com), which is much quicker as you can copy and paste images or drag and drop them. You still have to copy the link to post here but it’s much simpler.

Simon - They’re ready for you over at Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/ConvoyFlashlights/

Simon, I received your new M3C today the one without a head spring. Spring tension on the 26800 with extension and the 26650 with the body tube only is mild to weak. On moon mode a mild tap will turn it off. Other modes it flickers. My quick fix so far is to remove the retaining ring. Press a P60 outer dropin spring into the hole along with the supplied tail spring. It fits very snug but a longer stronger tail spring is needed.

Yes, there is a similar problem with the S11 spring. I put a vertically switched flashlight on the table and it switches the mode. :person_facepalming:

i can send the 26mm plates if you need it

There is a possibility that this is a temporary solution to the problem. The spring will squeeze again over time and everything will repeat itself. I think need a more powerful spring or a double spring for flashlights with heavy 26650 batteries.

Found on r/flashlights, credit: u/N0b0dyfromsomewhere. He says “A new SBT90.2 flashlight model, 81mm head, using 26800 battery
from Simon’s FB profile”

Can Simon please confirm?

It looks wicked. I hope there’ll be an adapter for a 21700/26650 because I can’t get a 26800 in New Zealand. I can get the light shipped with one, but no spares are possible

Those cooling fins look even more aggressive than on the L7! :+1: :+1: :+1:

I held off on the L7 because it is a little too big. But this…….

I would buy that (but not in silver).

But but but so shiny.

Can’t wait for the first 2x26800 - this seems like a good candidate.

Yes, it’s a sample ,but the driver is not good ,
it’s a FET driver, The manufacturer claims that the maximum output can reach 25A, but when I measured it was only 19.2A
