WildTrail is already working on a separate SFT40 model (for long distance beam). I would also love to seeing SFT40 in WT1M and WT3M but for now it is not part of their plan.

I have the triple SST-40 5000K WT3M prototype, but the WT3M is smaller in both head width and length, lighter (128g vs. 181g). It's pretty close in size to a D4SV2 actually, but thinner tube and 11g lighter (D4SV2 w/SS bezel). They kept the light weight in mind in these designs, like they did with the WT90.
The prototype is very close to the production release. I should be able to post better pics of the WT3M next to a EC03.

They do for me, just tried it - PayPal comes up as a payment method and was allowed to select it.

Cannot find these two new WT flashlights on Banggood.
WT shop on Ali Express is charging some shipping fee (about 10-12%) for delivery to Singapore from China. Normally it is free.
