Just purchased a purple one with battery from wukkos.com. An extra 15% for only $25.49. 
I replaced the black switch with a blue one to match the blue ring. Now the aesthetics are much better.

I’m fine with reflector or optic, but reverse charging is something I would never use, so I wouldn’t like paying for it. a 3,500 mAh cell is not enough to charge a modern phone.
I think all we were asking for is a FC12 with the ability to run solely with the side switch and no tail switch in in order to make it shorter. It doesn’t need any other upgrade.

Need an under 100mm long 18650 EDC. Sofirn and Wurkos have got the market covered except for that.
I agree that the tir optic could be interesting on the proposed fc12s. But I don’t think it’s necessary.
For me the appeal of this light is that it would be a throwy version of my current favourite EDC the sofirn sc31pro.
My assumption would be that a reflector would get the most throw out of the sft40 led.

It is great that the FC12 supports C-C charging, and you will definitely sell more if you tell people it does!
C to C charging is a feature a lot of people want, but VERY few flashlights are clear that they have it.
Edit: LOVE my FC12 by the way! Purple looks great, performance is awesome, and UI is very good. Love the mechanical tailswitch!
