Negative experience with NealsGadgets

Today my patience has come to the end. Pay-pal dispute started.
Damn I lost two weeks coz of this chinese as**e
+1 negative review on trustpilot.

If you have so many orders, why not hire someone to keep in touch with customers?
I do not understand this is stupidity or greed.

My personal experience with him is that often not respond at email and once one item was incomplete.

Why people still order from him…i would be afraid. My experiences with him are also very bad.No responses, wrong items, longtime delivery.

Sorry to hear everyone is still having issues buying from Neal. I just bought two Thor LEPs and the shipping was fast and the lights were perfect

I was thinking I must be lucky . I have also recently purchased and received several orders in a timely manner. I never have had an issue with Neils .

I don’t feel extraordinary lucky. Just a member of the silent majority who never have had any problems with Neal.

Cant say anytthing negative really, i won even a free flashlight from him on facebook, got ig quickly too like i got my normal orders… shame some has problems with their orders.

This is only my 2nd order with him (just placed it), but I ordered the wrong color, replied to the confirmation asking if I could change it, and within a few hours, the order was updated to the color I wanted. That was better than some other sellers often do.

A lot of you are posting on the Wrong thread.Read the title.

He has a thread where some had positive experiences.

People can post in any thread they like

Of course they can. But why categorize it then?

People can do whatever they want right? It just makes more sense to post it in the other one. But then again this is the internet it never makes sense.

If the purpose of this thread isn’t to engage in discourse about Neal’s service, what is it then? Just to provide confirmation bias? Perhaps a “misery loves company” thing?

Read the original post. Some guy who signed up just to bitch & complain. His first and only post from two years ago. It was never meant to be a “post only if bad” thread.

Then why is the thread title “Negative experience with NealsGadgets”? and the other thread I believe is ” Positive experience with Nealsgadgets”.

There are plenty of negative comments in the “Positive Comments about Neal Zhang owner of Neals Gadgets” thread.

I see no complaint from you about those posts in that thread. Double Standard?

IMHO this thread was started by a known member with an axe to grind with Neal. And he was never seen again. But some people decided to jump on the wagon and keep the fire burning. For what reason: to eliminate Neal? I don’t know.
Other people decided to add their positive experiences with Neal to this thread. And now we notice that there are objections? I think it is impossible to limit someone’s freedom of speech if he/she has a positive message.
It is hard hard to believe that some people apparently want an unlimited freedom to accuse of Neal of anything they see fit. And at the same time have the right to deny people with a different opinion to express themselves.
Rant over. It is/was not/never my intention to hurt someone’s feelings. Blame it on my lack of skills to express myself in a language that’s not my native tongue. Feel free to contact mr. Admin if you think I crossed a line.

No Double Standard…Never read that thread! I had NO reason to because my experience was bad and Fits this thread

Flashoholics are people who love to argue about flashlights. Tint, cri, size versus power versus runtime, fuel supply type, method of refueling, price tag, manufacturers to acquire/avoid, region of manufacture, method of review/testing/measuring, method of carry, how to store, how not to promote, flood versus throw, what they should not be used for, type of light source, tool versus hobby versus collect versus naked consumerism, to not or yes modify, for what purpose to modify, what type of switch, location of switch, what type of user interface, and.... ....

... ...who to/to not order from, and what is on and/or off topic, and what is the topic/not the topic.

BLF GT94: Still Rocks!

Your post has no merit. Makes no difference if it’s a guy’s first post or 50,000. What matters is the people who posted after him. The people that agreed the guy has issues. That’s all that matters. The OP just took the initiative.

You are focusing on the OP Instead of the disdain, incompetency and unresponsiveness of Neil. How are you going to dispute the dozens and dozens of people who are disgruntled by Neals actions? Are you going to discredit them? Just cuz you believe the OP shouldn’t have posted this thread?

It is kind of clear what’s important here.It is the experience of the hundreds of post after the OP.
