Hii everyone. I haven’t been active in here for more than a couple years, so don’t know if any new, awesome, BUDGET, lights have been developed.
I’m looking for flashlights for a few friends in security. I previously bought Convoy C8’s, and 3 years ago, some Thorfire lights.
Cost MATTERS,because with shipping, customs,Vat etc, I easily pay twice the price for the light in the end.
Do you have any suggestions in the $15 or less range? I may need as much as 10 lights so if there are manufacturers or supplies in here that’s easy to communicate with, please point me in the right direction.
More throw is better, and of course, good flashlight design WRT heatsinking, water resistance etc, ( similar quality to C8,) is king.
If you can afford more than $15 then get more of what you already have.... the C8.

The discount code for FT is BLF .... i think it gets 3% but don't remember for sure since i try to avoid FT since they f*cked up 6 of my orders earlier this summer and 1 order is still "intransit" after 100+ days and FT absolutely refuses to refund my $26 since "it's still in your country". Whereas if your order doesn't arrive in 60 days from AE they will refund your money, instantly, no questions asked. But FT doesn't charge tax last i ordered from them. Others have had no problems with FT with their orders. So roll the dice and take your chances. It's up to you.

I've looked into this myself more than once. In all instances it is cheaper to buy the complete light than assemble from parts. Just like a car or truck. The whole is always less money than the individual pieces.

Is there any cheap, US source for original 18650 cells? i know litokala had fakes not too long ago. Illumn,com has enough cells in stock but, a better price is always good!
