Astrolux K2 GITD so lives on bedside table
Convoy AAA with spare keys on a lanyard
Rovyvon A5U backup bedside kight
Sofirn C01S/R scattered around the house
Sofirn SC01 attached to backpack
TrustFire minix backup backup bedside table
I own & like them all. K2 is most used, midnight dunny run. SC01 most flashlight like, SST20 4000K 95 CRI. Minix flattest shape
Yesterday it was even lower the price :money_mouth_face:
I didn’t get one of these because I went for a A8X to replace the A5R in my ckychain
But it is a very solid option, as the ones of SS and even Aluminium! They are also discounted !
I like the RovyVon A3 Pro, though there are plenty of similar RovyVon to choose from.
I want to get the TrustFire Minix, but I'm waiting for a deal.
I only get keychain flashlights that have easy-to-implement lockout anymore.
And I prefer metal flashlight bodies over cheap plastic (especially clear or translucent plastic), though the RovyVon polyamide might be quite durable.
Hey some nice suggestions I see
May I add some that I have
Nitecore TIP SE and the TIKI GITD, both work nicely
TIP SE is USB-C rechargeable, very tough aluminum body, nice osram LEDs, smaller than I thought by looking at the pictures online, and 700 lumens is actually overkill but I love it.
TIKI GITD: mine is blue and is beautiful in the dark, can’t say I love the micro-USB though, 300 lumens is more than enough and it’s smaller than the TIP SE but the body is plastic, tough plastic but still plastic.
I love my 219b sw35 swapped Thrunite Ti3. Nice moon mode for reading or long runtimes and great brightness on max off one AAA. I’ve tried those Rovyvon-style keychain lights but the side switch is a PITA on something that small so I’ll stay with a twisty. I also prefer a changeable battery not an integral one, especially in a low capacity light.
Honestly, I’d have a hard time passing up a high CRI, neutral tinted Photon Microlight if they ever released it. Yes, yes you can LED swap but I’m not thrilled with how floody the current 5mm LED options are.
