I don’t know if I’m getting the new light yet, but I assume that whatever new color gets adopted will probably be applied to other products going forward. I think bright orange is a great color for anyone who uses their lights outside and might potentially misplace it in some leaves or grass. Red is a nice color too but I think a lot of red finishes tend to look cheap so I voted orange.
I agree, i dont love the Convoy red as much as i thought i would, i got the C8 recently. I do REALLY like FireFlies e07x deep red though, but that red is paralleled by none, it is pretty much perfect. If the red is not AWESOME, then it does look like plastic / cheap…
Orange is fantastic, just look at the M2r…
Wow that E07x in red looks sick! Of course, the red version would be out of stock.

Voted orange, I would love an orange KR1 or KR4, and green D4v2. I think I like burnt orange, curcuma, auburn and the s2+ orange more than a fluorescent/safety orange. I’m happy enough that Hank made the new 21700 TIR thrower green though.

The throw could be a bit lower than expected for the XHP35 and B35AM versions, since in order to eliminate the black hole,
we use slightly frosted optic. Other LEDs versions like Osram, SFT40 stilll use the small angle optic in order to reach longer throw.

Thanks….I was thinking it would be a bit larger with option of SBT90 like my K1.After having several lights with CFT 90 and or SBT90 I have no interest in xhp 35/50 or LEDs like that.
In my opinion and for my preference SBT90.2 are superior to XHP35/50.To me, for high output and great throw, those LEDS are outdated unless you use 5 X XHP35 like my X65vn MINI.
