Noctigon/Emisar's New thrower- which NEW body color would you like to see??

stop.. just stop. I would throw my wallet to China with all of my credit cards in it if Hank released a ROSE GOLD anything.

Looks like the Astrolux EA01, I wonder if they are using the same optic…

Voted orange, I would love an orange KR1 or KR4, and green D4v2. I think I like burnt orange, curcuma, auburn and the s2+ orange more than a fluorescent/safety orange. I’m happy enough that Hank made the new 21700 TIR thrower green though.

I voted orange, but I would love dark brown.

Which light is that?

I’d like a dark red. I agree that the bright red colors that we often see looks cheap.

Like little children ...

Dude you made China great again :person_facepalming:

lol

jts the new thrower Hank from emisar is working on, looking almost done!

That’s a nice looking flashlight, a deep red or blue would look awesome

Link please?

Better be 21700 based.

It is. No in-body charging though. The light is going to be called the DM11

Thanks….I was thinking it would be a bit larger with option of SBT90 like my K1.After having several lights with CFT 90 and or SBT90 I have no interest in xhp 35/50 or LEDs like that.

In my opinion and for my preference SBT90.2 are superior to XHP35/50.To me, for high output and great throw, those LEDS are outdated unless you use 5 X XHP35 like my X65vn MINI.

from everything I have seen Hank at Emisar mention or anything I've seen him do- he is all about doing something new to market or at least unique. This new thrower is: Hi Cri / and or / warm tinted LEDs with Boost drivers , electronic side switch, and single TIR optic. Pretty much nothing else on the market like it, except maybe an Acebeam thrower (I'm not even sure), but especially not with the Nichia B35a emitter option.

Sbt90.2 is great, I'm sure CFT90 is even much better, but there are SO many sbt90.2 throwers out there and he even makes one like you said (K1). So I am willing to bet his goal wasn't the brightest and furthest throwing, but something unique.

Plus, this new DM11 line adds a new group of really great drivers to his company, ones that can be bought for making modifications to other lights by us enthusiasts. There are a lot of really solid things this new light brings to the picture. The K1 will still be the "best thrower" he has to those who only care about output.

Hard to imagine, but the SAR guy wants orange.

Agreed. I certainly wouldn’t consider XHP35-70.2 emitters out of date either. More efficient and cheaper than SBT90.2, plus varying tints and floodier profiles. All depends on your application, not everyone’s looking for a far throwing white led. Hopefully Hank provides different led options as he always does.
