What blade did you EDC today?

That's all really nice Mraz!

I have a similar bag and have attached it to the straps on my day backpack via carabiners and existing D rings. The setup is perfect for keeping items at hand.

I also have an Helikon Numbat I use and when in urban enviroment I carry them like a satchel. It makes them not stand out, especially the Helikon one since it is gray.

Just picked up a Damned Designs Fenrir from Blade Show West last Friday.
And my trusty AAA Tool and a Wise Men Company Pill Bug.

Nice work Mraz, that sheath is pro all the way!
I find 3V very much to my liking as well. Interested in the new Magnacut but have yet ti find one that usurps my current fave.

The kit bag looks nice. Is it a chest bag?

update:
yes, it’s a chest bag (after watching the video)

A friend from Thailand sent me this machete. I believe they are called an “Aranyik”, but not sure. Might be called a “Laab”, as a dual purpose to chop meat as well as jungle brush. Use it for camping and had the leather sheath made so it doesn’t slice up my backpack. It’s very sharp. Blade is 12 inches, and handle 7 1/2 inches. Dollar bill for scale.

This was my EDC today. The usual. Benchmade Mini Grip, Sunwayman V10R, and Deep Blue DayNight Diver.

Maybe I got too many today … nah !

I have had this blade for 12 or so years maybe more like 20+ I have never had to sharpen it and it still is shaving sharp. I take it camping all the time.

Quite a beauty in design there. David Boye has been selling knives since about 1975. I presume this Basic 2 model was discontinued quite some time ago. “Has a 440C dendritic steel blade with .233” thickness and 1.307” blade depth.” A knife site called Arizona Custom Knives resells vintage blades and they’ve sold a number of Boye knives, including the Basic 2.

Nice simple design :+1:

Thank You for your service. Nice lighter

The Boye Basic series are some of my favorite knives, ever. I hope someday to own both the steel and cobalt versions.

But my EDCs are the same as they have been for many years: Vintage Gerber USA Harsey AirFrame First Production Run (3.875” 154CM fine edge, titanium scales) and Victorinox Rambler.
