:+1: Yep …… simply amazing how stupid the majority has become.
Ive always considered myself a good judge of people……. thats why I dont like them.I agree but for opposite reasons. The fringe media has become the MSM.

“objectively” is the key word.
Now I’m thoroughly confused…
I agree…… with both of you

wle:brake fail in car
Downshift to slow the car down and use the parking brake (though it will cause rear wheel skids at high speeds, something not for novices, use it to come to a full stop when you are already slowed down).
If you drive a standard then you should have experience with downshifting, if you drive an automatic then practice it, dropping 1-2 gears at a time.
Not good for the engine long term to use excessively but in an emergency situation it can save your life.
Except for CVTs, useless with engine braking they just wait for computer input and over rev lol.
Could end out like this.
Ohhh, scary dolls kinda freak me out too. Yeah innocent and fun for tiny tots but man do some of them look creepy!
It really scares me when the majority trust what the government and MSM tell them.
That reminds me of someone who was interviewed after a natural disaster. They said the scariest thing was when a person showed up and said "I'm from the government and I'm here to help".

Thats an exceptional case, a highly modified car that had a failure due to one of its modifications.
Though interesting that downshifting did nothing (plus proving its not a CVT), if a brake fire instantly burned the valves leading to no engine compression thats even more unusual. Even igniting a fuel line should not have killed engine compression that quickly.
Plus there should be two systems, one front one rear brakes. And the e-brake should have worked assuming its a cable on the rear wheels like most cars. But being an Audi it could be a lock on the front wheels and not cabled hence disabled.

Finals my last year as an undergrad. Got in the car and no brakes. - I was still in the driveway so nothing terrible happened.

The Audi would be worse i think its a DCT but with how much power its running it could be a racing box and yea most likely an actual ebrake (electric park brake) another junk feature lol. Its also 4wd which should slow the car down faster but most likely blew the box and the car just free rolled…

The lesson here is don’t push the limits because then your pushing fate as well.

Global cooling/ice age. I dread what the next one will do to this heavily populated advanced world, it will rearrange and destroy humanity and nations to a degree that will create an entirely new world.
Dying from the cancer or related problems I’m dealing with before I’m able to complete arrangements for my mother’s care after I’m gone. I’m currently lying in a hospital bed after suffering a nephrostomy tube blockage recovering from the resulting kidney damage and waiting for another unit of blood - the third since being admitted on 10/10.
Sorry to hear that. Hope things work out for you. Good luck.
