The Convoy you link to is a 21700 light, it will be thicker and a bit longer than the one in your picture. The choice in this segment is almost unlimited, there’s no brand without several different models in this format so I think you should start with defining a bit more what you want: the higher capacity of the 21700 or the lower weight and smaller size of the 18650? Side-button, rear-button or a combination? Throw or spill or something in between? Simple UI or complicated like Anduril? CW, NW, WW and hi-CRI or not?
One I’m looking at myself is the Sofirn SP31Pro, don’t need it but still want it for fun, especially now they are starting to introduce colors……
For your own safety, You should add None, and sell the ones you have.
You have demonstrated by your numerous posts of stupid questions, and your troll responses in which you argue with those who give answers, that you are a low-IQ person that lacks the necessary intelligence to safely handle and operate flashlights.
Though Black Friday (sales) are just over a month away i am finalizing my intended light purchases.
Right now i am looking at replacing two lights i sold with these upgrades, the Convoy M21B and Convoy S21A.
My criteria are a tube light and all purpose light, most lumens and reliable. And 21700.
Are these the best choices?
Just got a Convoy 3x21a with 90.2 LED from Alibaba.com. Quite nice. Highly recommend you to give this some consideration, if you especially like 21700 flashlights.
But couldn’t find this either at “Convoy flashlight Store” in Ali Express, or Banggood.
You need a beater. Something that if you hit or lose it doesn’t matter. 550 lumens.
Ilumn has the Wowtac A1. This lights comes with a chargeable battery built in the battery. 2600 mAh.
Has dual switch and a pretty balanced beam. Moonlight and SOS. Strobe too.
The original price is 24 bucks. They have it for 9.99 WOW!.
I bought 3, I’m sure they have more.
Cheers.
Did you read this backwards? 55th one meaning fifty five flashlights in my collection total. Its now 56 that is fifty six total flashlights in my collection as of today, for the reading impaired That’s a silly face at the end.
But am unable to decide between them.
I am not concerned about the 18560 vs 21700 and i don’t have any Anduril lights, but that is not necessarily the deciding criteria.
I am almost ready to drop the Convoy as a side switch is useful for me.
FC11 - 1A charging (good), click to off but battery check is only a few secs at startup, not regual;ted, brightness falls with voltage, and PWM is bad?. $22.66
SC31 Pro - Andruil, 2A charging rate (not good), brightness is not very constant.
SP32A - cheap, $19.99 right now, but no LVP, zeroair says the tint sucks and to turn the light off you have to hold the switch, annoying. But comes with an 18650 battery
SP35 - 21700, 40ºC ATR, might not fit longer batteries, $30.99
