This reminds me of a commercial for a toy I saw on TV probably 20 years ago:
In the commercial, a bunch of kids are at a dining room table. The parent places the toy gadget in the center of the table and turns it on. The gadget itself was a plastic thing that started to spin around and then sprayed green slime in every direction.
The slime, which might have been green jello or something similar, sprayed out hitting the kids, the parents, the walls, the ceiling. It went quite a distance and got on everything! Meanwhile, the kids and parents are laughing and appear to be having a great time as they and the room get completely slimed.
All I could think of when I saw the commercial was “what parent would possibly be convinced by this commercial to buy that thing for their kids!!!”
I usually don’t purchase items from Amazon that show such a long delivery date, Nov. 18 - Dec. 11, and or not shipped by Amazon. But considering the huge discount from about $60.00 down to $6.52 for two of them and delivered.
I figured I’d take a chance on them. I also like the fact the battery is supplied by me and easy to replace too. Thanks for the heads up.
I ended up cancelling the order due to delivery time length, and also due to several members that commented on the
bad quality of the power banks. Anyway, thanks again for posting and all who commented.
Yea, not sure why I didn't say anything but that regular $30 price was extremely jacked up. I'd expect reg price to be $3 - $5. It doesn't even include a battery.
I agree. 90% off is…cute. Though there does seem to be a high demand for battery charger power banks. I bought one. I would like to know of better options for BCPBs. I bought an Astrolux MC02 but it doesn’t have a cover to contain the batteries, so… rubber bands I guess.
