Test/review of JSC Energiya INR18650 3000mAh LITS-3 (Blue)

JSC Energiya INR18650 3000mAh LITS-3 (Blue)

Official specifications:

  • Nominal capacity: 3000mAh

  • Nominal voltage: 3.6V

  • Maximum discharge current: 2C (6A)

  • Charge voltage: 4.2V (Other specification say: Open voltage 4.1V).

  • End of discharge voltage: 2.5

  • Cycle life: 300 cycles to 60% (Other specification says: Service life 500 cycles).

This is a Russian manufactured 18650 cell with good capacity, but fairly low current capability.

The cells match fairly well and can deliver the rated current, in my test I went significantly above that and the cells died (One a 15A the other at 20A).

Conclusion

The cells works nicely, but are not top of the line cells.

Thanks HKJ! I appreciate all your hard work.

The figures of this cell look nice. It's great to see something else manufacturer wise, even if most folks here don't care much.

Overstated capacity as @#$% usual, though.
