Did you use the message section under ‘my accounts’? If so, I don’t think they monitor that. I’ve never got a response from them. The only response I get is a new coupon to use. Which isn’t bad, but not exactly what I’m using it for lol.
Well I guess we have to just wait it out. I have seen these type of orders show up at my door with no tracking the whole way. As far as not being able to communicate, that is not a good thing for a company trying to be part of the forum. If a light has an issue that only leaves PayPal to mediate.
I think there is bug on Wurkkos webpage, the code KADV6BUH works for me on the mobile phone, on my laptop it works once.
Code F1TZK0SM works fine on both modes, it’s weird.
Can I ask what you mean both code could be used at same time?
I don’t see a way to fill in both codes, or do you mean we can use the code for different orders?
Pretty sure they meant “couldn’t” because there’s absolutely no way to add multiple codes… and I doubt they’d give another 15% discount on top of the BF discount.
