Wrist watches. Post pics, if you EDC one!

I got my first Citizen solar analog watch back around 1993. Since then I’ve bought about 4 more, the last being a “grail” watch, a 20th Anniversary Citizen Altessa made of Duratec coated titanium. I’m more into vintage G-Shock watches these days, but still enjoy the old Citizens. When my G-Shocks with atomic radio signal fail to sync (atmospheric fluctuations), most of the time my Citizen still syncs. Fantastic movement.

oh - i just noticed it isn;t a real sundial, the hour markings are wrong

oh
i saw others on ebay that had hours marked like a normal watch

they have both

Christopher Ward C60

Oh my the combination of the sky blue accents and the rainbow glow rods is simply dashing! What a pleasant aesthetic!

I have a watch collecting issue too…….

nice
with the never-used ‘tachymeter’ feature!

tachymeter on one
slide rule on the other

i have a citizen with a slide rule
so i can;t make fun
but i never used it
even though i learned in college back in the day
it does not have a ‘cursor’ which makes many calculations impossible

^ How do you like the lume on that watch? Also, what’s the brand? I don’t recognize the logo.

Lume is bright and long lasting.

I am very pleased with my watch.

You can check this model here.

cost?

Thanks! Stunning design. Really speaks to me. Did you buy it direct from Helm or via another channel? On the site it looks to me like they’re produced in very small batches, and gauged by waiting list requests.

who made the one on the left?

is that one where the whole face glows with lume?
