Oh for sure this one doesn’t come with the Lume 1 driver. Jack hasn’t been able to get anymore of those for what feels like close to a year already. That’s why he’s “Sold Out” on all his newer lights. He has the lights and everything needed to make them, he just can’t get the Lume 1 drivers.
What is the user interface pattern for this Fireflies PL09MU ?
If I hadn’t missed the sale due to family travel, I wouldn’t need to ask, I’d know because I woud already have gotten one because it looks enticing.

You haven’t missed the sale JUST yet. It was extended due to it ending a few hours early on the last day. At the moment it’s still working if you want to get something. It’d be a stretch if it lasted more than another 12 hours or so, so keep that in mind. The code is “Xmas15” in case you’re interested.

Just got firefly PL09mu what a great light one question though I think the andruil is a very stripped down version there are no blinky function or any other in-depth menu functions except strobe and battery indicator anyone else experiencing this please reply
I don’t have anything genuinely useful other than maybe a couple possible obvious things.
Have you tried the loosened-battery-cap-twist-press-hold-to-on reset?
Also, could it possibly be Anduril 2 and it’s maybe just in Simple mode?
That’s all I could think of really.

Hey lojik thanks but yea I tried both andruil 1&2 sequences did factory reset everything I could but all it has is strobe and battery check im really confused if you hear anything else please let me know and I’ll do the same

Twist the cap off, leave it a few seconds and tighten it back.
From off, do ten clicks and hold untill the light flashes.
I think your problem is that you’re stuck in simple mode.
No matter how many times I do factory reset 10 clicks hold the light never indicates that the mode switched it does nothing I am stumped
Mine has an abbreviated program fyi.

I should’ve looked earlier, FF included with the box came an abbreviated operations/diagram instructions.

Oh so this is a more muggle friendly version of the Nov-Mu AND of Anduril. Kinda like a new cross between simple mode and advanced. Good to know. Thank you for confirming it with the included manual.
Thanks for the explanation but I’m a little bummed this was my first endevour to the enthusiast flashlight world and the”FF” definitely wasn’t advertised I guess I’ll just have to buy another lol… P.S. still an awesome light though
Does the light accidently switch on?

Are there reviews of this light. I don’t care for lumens above 1000, but I’m a stickler for high efficiency flooders with a spotless beam.
No the light doesn’t accidentally turn on haven’t had that problem besides you can lock it out via 4 clicks or 1/4 turn on tail cap its a great flooder excellent color rendering
Can you do 15 clicks from Off and check what is the Anduril version (if it does run Anduril)?
I’m guessing this may be Anduril 2, and after a factory reset, Anduril 2 will be in the Simple UI mode which has the more advanced features Disabled (ie. only Battery-voltage Check, but no Strobe modes)
In case it is Anduril 2 with Simple UI, then do 10H (from Off, do 10 clicks but the last click should be a “hold” (do not release, until the light blinks once), This will set it to Advanced UI where the other features like Strobe are then enabled.
