UNfortunately their system is too much messed up.
On the other hand, greatest customer service and organisation I ever experienced from some big chinese website is lightake.com . Its really outstanding. No misuderstandings, all goes really smooth.
As for dinodirect.com, I've lost lots of nerves with that website and I order there only occasionally.
FOr example recently I tried to get SkyRay STL-V2 with some discount because its a freat flashlight.
Ive ordered 2 and I got 2 Uniquefire different flashlights. They even changed the link, and wrote "Sky (tm)" in the title, and SkyRay is on the photos, I ordered, and I again received Uniquefire V2 (zits head has different diammeter".
Customer service is totally no help, youmust spend hours with them and than hope that maybe youll tal with someone who can really help you.
SO now I asked summer, she/he cannot help either, shes obviously only intermediary, she can only convey me what they product center says. She first said that they have SkyRay, and than that she's not sure, that product center told her that :o
SO Ill be better order Fandyfire version (identical to STL-V2) from dx, than to receive one more Uniquefire.
Dx is also little messed up, but this dinodirect is a total mess up. Maybe if you only order very expensive, brand flashlight (like Jetbeam, Olight, some more expensive Fenix, Sunwayman etc) you can be sure what youll get. If you order some really budget flashlight, you can never know what you'll get, and their system of customer service is so messed up that you cant ask them to.
I stopped talking with them long time ago - there's no use. Im solving issues with DD only through paypal. And I wont contact summer also, anymore, to help me, sorry, because Im only losing my time. She cant go into warehouse or had someone else go to warehouse to check something :o
DD has worst customer service system I ever experienced, and Im purchasing goods from 15-20 chinese websites...
Customer service of chinese ebay sellers (even if they dont know english well) is in 99% of cases like a spaceship to DD customer service - their moto is stall, stall, stall, redirect/forward, than again stall stall stall... etc and they also cant do almost nothing, like they are not working in that company. Like you asked a favour from someone on the street can they check something at dinodirect.
