Why the name Satellite was given to Manker MK38?

Maybe these photos can explain:

Well, you know the expression about the French: they have the nicest names for the funniest body parts. Words can have an different impression with different cultures.
Fiat gave a car the same name as a much used brand of baking fat in NL
What you call a Satellite may very well be called the runt hammer of Thor in Norway.

@Mankerlight:

Is that what you think satellites look like?

Have you seen a satellite?

I think it looks more like a space capsule or shuttle with its robotic arm deployed to fix a satellite.

Funny and naughty sometimes.
This is the baisenville :innocent:

“Baise en ville” which literally means what is written.

So to honnor my ancestor, I think we can call it!

The Flashlight

But by exchanging “a” by “e”

It sort of looks like a space station?

The Tiangong kind of looks like a flashlight. :stuck_out_tongue:
The Tianhe has a robotic arm.

Does the winner get a discount code for the MK38?

one flashaholic take this photo :)

Will you offer other models with such white anodization?

update: MK38 Satellite "space flight"
