Thanks for the knife links!

These sorts of rgb bulbs are a dime a dozen (figuratively of course), but this one is novel in that it sports a temperature range of 1700k-6500k. And it’s $5.60 with vipon.

They do sell the RatII in D2.

This is abnormally heavy power bank as if is filled with lead or iron or rocks  To be honest, I have never picked up 10 18650 cells in my hand to get an idea how much this power bank should weigh, but it is heavy like at least a kg? In my previous life I had picked up similar sized laptop batteries and they never felt this heavy.

Question:- Did you find lead plate when you took apart the power bank?

Claims to have 6 LG cells in there for 26800mAh > 4466mAh/cell.
Can it be opened without destroying the case?

already ripped open both mine. also DBK branded cells. the tabs peel off easier than other packs i’ve pulled apart. the silicone? glue is kind of a pain though, wish they’d used something that peeled off better, I’m going. Ultimately rubs off though.

Thank you for this link! Just received it. I am impressed by it. The included 18650 is of low capacity, like 1800 mAh but the light quality is great, almost rivaling a standard Convoy but this one has built-in microUSB charger for under $10. I ordered 3 more just to give as gifts to family members. The presentation box is good. It includes two spare o-rings. The threads are lubed and I think they are squared but NOT anodized. USB cover cap is quite decent. The tint is decent. Essentially a 3 model light with memory. You can get to blinkies but you really need to double click very quickly which is difficult. I like that in a light!

I am shocked that the price is still under $10. One of the great deal for the money.

Dang I bought two of these to use as is — I recycle a LOT of cells —right now I have over 300 Tesla 21700s — But my Cell Harvesting inner self wants to tear into these cases

Agree it’s on the heavy side. It has 6 21700 cells in it, just weighed mine and it came in at 520gm or 1.15lbs. I think the Li polymer type cells are probably more weight/size efficient, however, I don’t think your going to find one much under 500gm that actually delivers 26800mAh!

From the volume and the weight, I would have guessed it should be able to recharge iPhone 13 pro zillion times; I mean the actual battery inside iPhone must be only 1/20th of this beast of the battery pack alas, it only claims to do 3x for iPhone. Is Apple (or cellphone makers) that much ahead of the battery pack industry?

Where can I get those Tesla 21700 cells and what is their capacity?

I bought 6 from Techdirectclub back when they were selling them in lots of 3 for $11.99 shipped. I checked a few months ago and they longer have them in such small quantities.

The ones I got all measured at around 4800 mAH on my Opus 3100.

So, What is the continuous and max discharge capability of these 21700 cells, ball park estimate?

They average around 4800 mah — I got mine when they were $2 a cell ( 1 1/2 yr ago ) — they’re more now

These cells come close to a 40T —- The 40Ts put out a little more at full charge (fet driver light ) The crazy part is — The Tesla cells put out more than the 40T from 3.95v- 3.45v

I’m tempted but there aren’t any reviews for this light. Does Nextorch make decent flashlights? Anyone received this light and care to share your opinion? Does anyone know what kind of driver it comes with?

I just received mine. Very well made. Always starts on high. Lightly press on the switch to go lower. It gets warm immediately, good heat sinking.
In my opinion, a good deal.

Diddo … Excellent light for the money. Simple wall of NW tint. I really like the simple UI and tail switch.

Thank you guys! I really considered this but I'm about to install an xhp50, 5K in an S21A with a TIR, that I've had in a Convoy L2. The 'dark' hole is getting to me and the MTN FET driver is too much with two hi drain 26650s.

And to make the hole in your wallet bigger, this looks good: https://www.myvipon.com/product/8694324-HARDELL-Digital-Caliper-Micrometer-Calipers-Measuring-amazon-coupons?sl=dea061f648486e897590a6914df31e8d&f=deal

Is that a good price for the calipers?

For metal, digital readout calipers, it looks great. Plus, good reviews.
