What Legoes with What?

I just checked and it is trapezoidal

EDIT: I have 2 of them and both are trapezoidal!

FWAA body can be used with Foursevens Mini Turbo.
In my case, it was FWAA TiCu and Mini Turbo Alu.

However it’s a bit useless to do so because the switch is an e-switch

You can always try to mod the switch of the FWAA  Not ideal, eventually, but it works
I did it with mine: What did you mod today? - #10350 by MascaratumB

Cool MascaratumB!
I think I’m gonna try that switch mod.

Last night my 14500 battery suddenly depleted.
Quick voltage check using Nitecore F1 charger shows only 2 volts but my VC2 charger says the battery is full :person_facepalming:
It makes my FWAA is practically not in use until I get a new battery. It’s not easy to find good one here locally.

Ha! This is a very nice find, I wonder how come I've skipped over it until now..

Anyways, I believe the proper fit should be for the tail switch versions, MT20C or MT10C:

Also, while not a straight fit, I've found that a C8 Mini version (Jaxman in this case - not all C8 minis might fit tho I suppose) with the need of a conductive ring/spacer would be a better proportioned fit with its thinner tube and tailcap.

Lumitop GTA with Lumintop Tool AA

The dessert…

The AA tool is Nichia 219C. Both with white Eneloop and in the highest mode.

The bezel from an Astro S1 / BLF A6 legos with Sofirn SC31(T).

I’m not sure how common these tins are around the world, but the plastic lid of my Lavazza coffee tins are a perfect fit as a protective cap for the Wildtrail WT90. But although it clamps, I will use two bits of cellotape as well because the WT90 bezel has no rim around the outside of the bezel for a firm clamping action, like the coffee tin.

Wow, look at that things pocket clip!

I made the handle myself, but now you mention it, it does not work so bad as a pocketclip

Nice work!

Does anyone know if there are 18350 tubes for the S6? I clicked the link that edeekeos posted in this thread but it looks like the black tubes are no longer being produced. There are silver versions available but I would prefer the black.

There seems to be identical items on AliExpress but the seller ratings are pretty poor so I would like to avoid going that route and avoid the headache, even if it’s just items which are a few dollars.

Are there any other options I can look to for an 18350 tube for the Convoy S6?

If not, I guess I might try my luck on the silver tubes on Banggood…

Just found out that the switch of a Convoy S2+ fits into the Mateminco FW2 /Astrolux WP4.

Indeed! I swapped a forward clicky switch into my FW2 using a Convoy 16mm PCB & spring. I swapped the weird salmon boot for a black one from an SC31T.

Sofirn LT1 Mini & Sofirn C8L’s tailcaps can be swapped.

LT1 Mini’s tailcap on C8L requires the tailcap to be loosened/tightened to turn the light on/off. I suppose it does allow tailstanding though, which is an improvement.

The C8L tailcap on LT1 Mini prevents tailstanding because the button protrudes, and Anduril does not turn on automatically when connected to power so the switch just serves as a mechanical lockout.

Does anything Lego with an IF25A? Say if I wanted a magnetic tail on it, what would work?

It will probably be easier to glue a magnet in the tail!

This is a very minor Lego but the tailcap from Skilhunt M150 threads directly onto the Sofirn SP10 Pro. It’s a much better design and also magnetic.

Hi guys, I messaged Simon to check if the S2+ 18350 tubes work with the S6 and they do! He said to use the new square or rectangular cut threads. The previous trapezoidal threaded tubes don’t work but the ‘newer’ ones do.

Here is the S6 with shorty tube next to a regular-sized S2+

I can confirm the fit is correct and it works perfectly! I’m very pleased.
