You’re not new into all this and you should know it better when you order from China.
I can’t get even one simple shipment from not so distant Poland to Slovenia in less than 10 days or so nowaday.

Due to the peak season and the overload volume of packages in the China postal service, packages shipped through registered airmail by China Post are severely delayed since late November. We have realized it and kept searching for other faster couriers.
We just checked the tracking information of your orders, among the 4 orders placed in December, 3 orders arrived in Poland on Jan 20, and one order arrived on Jan 25. Please wait one more week for the delivery or further updates. If you still haven’t received it after one week, please feel free to contact us. In the meantime, we will keep monitoring them and let you know once we have any news from the post office. The tracking information of the order placed in November was stuck on Dec 3 and hasn’t been updated for a long time, we have submitted an investigation to the post office. I think you made a typo there. Samsung LH351D should deliver some 1300 lumens at 5 Amps (and some more – inquire with Simon for actual tested values as it’s not stated on his site).
I must say your attitude makes me forgive the long waiting time.

Just a short notice : the final delivery is done by Polish national post office which really sucks. Please try to cooperate with InPost, as Banggood does.
My biggest concern is that you pay additional for their checking if you paid the tax. This is insane. If you don’t pay tax at checkout, you pay the tax +2Euro for their “service”. You pay 2 Euro each time, so this is not free delivery. Please try InPost, there are no additional fees. And they are 5 times faster.
As Einstein has stated, your shipping is problematic. On the 3 occasions I did order from you, the transit was never under 8 weeks. And this was prior to the pandemic. You use KLM flights that use a westward path to Canada; a transit hub in Paris that is then transferred to Air Canada but without the registration of tracking to Canada Post. Hence shipping info is lost.
Kaidomain is in the same dilemma regarding logistics and is experimenting. Recently they are using YUN EXPRESS and although using a westward path, made it within 2 weeks (a record in my tally of shipping). BTW, Ali and BG use an east-bound carrier and usually are within 5 weeks of transit - more often at 3 to 4 weeks.
If this logistical problem is resolved, I’m more than happy to buy FastTech. The product selection. your presentation of the characteristics, and mostly, the side ‘bar’ with other offerings of the same merchant makes for a much better shopping experience. Clearly we see an extended effort in collecting the products and the specifics. It’s the lost tracking that kills the deal.
Nevertheless, as this pandemic has severely dampened the available flights, my spending is much more constrained to essentials. It’s problematic for everyone.
