Acebeam K65GT

Hi folks! what do you think of this flashlight?

For the same money better Thrunite TN42 V2.

I would either step down a size and get the Convoy 4X18A or step up a size and get the Acebeam K75.

I would consider the K75 over the K65GT, unless size is important.
Both lights are very good quality performers and not much different in price.
I don’t believe any brand battery can supply Turbo power for 1.75 hours in any light with a 90.2 led, so don’t be disappointed.
The K65GT should run cooler longer with it’s extra cooling fins. I wish I had both lights. :smiling_imp:

I had a dilemma k65gt or k75 and I got k75. Insane light. You get what you pay for. Perfect build quality, finish and performance. No compromise.

I am in perfect agreement with you.

I like dedicated throwers in all points of the size spectrum. Super huge to very small. Some are easier to carry. Some throw further. Some have a wider beam. That's why I like all different sizes of dedicated throwers. K70, TN42, K75, MF05 & MT90Plus, KR190, etc. all are great lights.

I don't have K65 nor K65GT, but I have heard lots of very nice things about them, and if I had them, I am sure I would be very excited about their beam performance and beam profile.

Convoy L7.

what does convoy l7 have to do with it? the argument is acebeam k65gt!!!

Just get the WT90.

K65gt and k75gt have the same driver. I like the 65 because it isnt that heavy and it fits in the back pocket of my work overalls.

Sorry for the thread necromancy here. I’m currently contemplating the K65GT because it is 40% off and advertises better sustained output on high. Unfortunately I can’t find runtime graphs for it and it doesn’t show up in as many comparisons. Anyone have any insight on this light?

40% off is no brainier. If I wouldn’t have k75 I would take it.

I have one but I cannot for some reason get out of the ECO mode. No matter how I try it is locked in ECO mode. I emailed the company and never received any help.
