funny and fake?
The part about āborn with a potato for a heartā was a big clue, too.
Now itās mashed-potatoes, Iām sure.
That skateboard guy (Josh Neuman) died in a plane crash in Iceland last month
Had to watch that again, just for kix.
Could you imagine being the dewd in the minivan at 2:11, minding your own bidniss heading up the hill, when all of a sudden a guy on a skateboard coming the other way plants himself into your bumper/radiator/etc.? Like hitting a deer, only with lots more lawyers involved.
But it figures, the way people like that end up getting killed. Guy who survives 4 tours in the mideast, ends up slipping on an icy stairway and cracks his melon. Guy who juggles chainsaws while blindfolded chokes on a chicken-bone. Etc.
That was an amazing skill how he could skid or drift the skateboard to slow down for the corners and hairpin turns. i had no idea that was possible. Sad news to hear of his passing.
Thatās sooooooo funny.
I like the cat thatās just representinā through the whole thing.
Jingled some memories along the way, too. Kinda reminds me of this:
Here was a guy who suffered almost incomprehensible stuttering as a kid, and just powered through it and could end up doing this.
Thatās Vibe Cat. He She gets around.
Our (US) Commander in Chief had a stutter when he was young. Got over it later in life. Should put him in touch with Scatman.
Edit: had wrong gender and
Youāre welcome! āYouāre right. Thatās not me. You got the wrong guy.ā hehehe
Since weāre on a drum theme.
So many variants! Iād seen the Levan Polkka before but not this with the accompaniment. Very cool.
Hereās the longer one with the cat:
The general story about the cat ā itās not actually grooving. Itās a very, VERY mellow pliable cat. Some guy held it by the scruff of the neck and bobbed him in rhythm to something else to make it look like heās grooving. And so, video editors captured him and put him in a bunch of things, to viral effect. Levan polkka was one of them.
Bugger! The guy looks like a giant Pokomon!
Ringo Starrmander?
So what is this supposed to be like, a real-life Squid game?
Thatās what I was thinking.
Yep. Forgot which model, but one of my color Nokia candybar phones which I loooooved starting getting crappy battery life. Used to go 2wks between charges if no phonecalls, then got to only days before I had to recharge. Figured, okay, itās the battery, so swapped in a brand new one from another same-model phone (used to get āem essentially free if youād buy airtime), and took apart the old battery.
Fān thing had the same exact battery life with the unused battery! I figure their āupdatesā fāed with the charging algorithm, standby power draw, anything, thatād kill battery life.
My Nuron is also on its last balls, too. Damned good battery life ātil all of a sudden it went to shiite. Literally as if someone flicked a switch. Now, itāll go from 4-5 battery-bars to 1-2 with minimal interaction (call, display, etc.), then bwoop-bwoop its āfeed me!ā warning.
Thatās why I HATE OTA āupdatesā. I had unwanted UI changes, new crapplets installed, new/broken versions of stuff I used, all kinds of annoyances.
I always wanted to learn how to split firewood

Oh, thatās what that was about?
