WTB Sunwayman V11r

Please PM me if you have one of these available:

.

I thought I just saw one for sale recently.. (here on BLF)

yes you did, it has been sold

got any more?

I had to look it up.. but I only saw your V10R thread.. might have mixed it up for a V11R.. sorry

No, if I come across some, I'll let you know

I think it was this ad you saw a V11r in

That's possible as well.

I have a NIB V11R, my second. If I’ve ever put a cell in it, to test it, it would have only been once.

I’m not giving it away and the last one I saw on Ebay, went for $225, w/o paperwork/box.

I have one as well. Not for sale. I don’t use it much but it’s extremely unique.

I love the feel of these Sunwayman lights; true classics.

Yes and if you recall, they used to be considered a $hit brand. For a while, I thought I was their only customer. I have a bunch, bought on clearance from battery junction.

PM sent

I’ve had my V11R ever since my tan V10R started glitching and Battery Junction said SWM couldn’t repair it, so I got it for free and then bought the second one from Illumination for $40 when they were blowing out the SWM lineup.

I officially proclaim that my light is off the market!

They have flaws, but I love the design. I also have their M10R in tan and two D40As in CW/NW and love those.

Chris

Thank you very much

There was a time many years ago when battery junction was blowing out Sunwayman for pennies on the dollar.

I was fortunate enough to buy some but not enough.

I think Sunwayman was beat out by the Convoy’s of the world.

Sad, but that’s life.

If you take the time to read the many posts on this forum, you will find a commonality in the information. Customers want good quality, but more importantly, cheap, cheap, cheap.

This drives the quality control market down, down, down.

What we are left with are lights with a high parasitic drain, and turbo that lasts 5 seconds.

It is sad but we (the flashlight community at-large) brought this on ourselves.

It is truly a self fulfilling prophecy.
