Amazing Quality & The BEST Customer Service I’ve Seen Yet! :bigsmile:
After having my share of problems with our normal “overseas” suppliers, I’ve just had an incredibly nice experience working with the domestic 4SEVENS Company.
It was unexpected, but I ended up winning two of their MICROFIRE L500R with the Tactical K2 and Charger :party: . I knew that they didn’t represent the latest technology but they looked highly interesting with their 7 LEDs and I had heard about the almost legendary quality of the product. Well, I was not let down. These lights are amazingly solid – with the best fit and finish and the best quality control I have ever experienced in a flashlight H) :bigsmile: . By the way, they are surprisingly bright and throw a beautiful beam pattern – facts that surprised me “to no end.” Note that the only ones I could find on the market at this moment are selling for $275 and $497! - not exactly BLF territory 
! Obviously I didn’t pay anything even close to that price. In fact, mine cost WELL under $100 each including shipping. By the way, they were charging separate fees for shipping and I tried to get a shipping discount for 2 – but was unable – and now that I’ve received the units, I don’t blame them at all. These units, with chargers and TWO foam-filled and cut-to-fit quality boxes for each (4 in total) weighed a ton! (The packaging was by far the best I’ve ever seen.)
OK – so what happened next surprised me even more than the previously described facts about the flashlights. I happened to be looking over the instructions and noted that they listed 4 accessories: A Silicon Rubber Protective Kit, A Red Filter, A Yellow Filter and a Case. Well, my Grandfather said ’if you don’t ask, you don’t get” 0:) so following his advice, I contacted 4SEVENS and asked them why my units didn’t include said accessories. Important Note: These accessories were not listed in their write-up at eBay. Nevertheless, they got back to me, noting that fact but offering to send me 2 accessories of my choice for each flashlight. Then they quickly followed up by pointing out that the accessories were listed as OPTIONAL in the literature as well as never being mentioned in the eBay listing.
Well, one would think that my hopes for some accessories were dashed at that point :~ – but NO :). I was really surprised that they offered to send me them anyway. When I received the rather large box with the accessories neatly packed inside, I was surprised once again :bigsmile: . The cases are very nice examples of the UltraFire design and the Silicon Rubber Kits include 3 pieces each – Front Protector, Rear Protector and Battery Tube Protector. Both accessories just reek of quality! – and 4SEVENS really was under no obligation to send them. By the way, I can’t find prices on the accessories but I wouldn’t be surprised if they sell for as much as I paid for the lights themselves. :money_mouth_face:
