I ordered 3 Nitecore UMS2 chargers with U.S. plugs for $10.90 each (plus tax.)

The U.S. plugs don't cost anything extra, but you have to choose the correct option to get them.

This seller on AliExpress has zero feedback that is visible.

This is either a great deal, or a scam.

It says it's supposed to ship from the U.S., so I might know in about a week if it's a scam.

I paid with PayPal for no extra fee.

(I chose the UMS2 over the UMS4 because the UMS2 charges more quickly when it's full of 21700 batteries, for example.

Also, from this seller, the UMS4 doesn't come with a U.S. plug.)

How much was the same charger from Nitecore store or Amazon?

UMS4… $40.00 on Amazon.

I figure if it is a scam, I'll get my money back through AliExpress, PayPal, or my credit card.

If it's not a scam, the price for the Nitecore UMS2 chargers with U.S. plugs is about half off of other AliExpress sellers.

I filed a dispute with AliExpress a few days ago, and received a full refund just now.

Sorry everyone, this one was a scam.

I'm going to wait until AE has a sale, and then buy several Nitecore UMS2 chargers from a reputable seller on AE.

I feel silly falling for the scam, but at least I got my money back.

I knew there was a good chance it was a scam, but I was really hoping it wasn't one.

Bummer. What about Aliexpress sellers that seem to have been around for a while? Like this shenzen store one?

UM2 is completely different than UMS2. UM2 is cheaper and you should be fine. UM2 is older than UMS2.

I bought a UM2 for around ~$10 shipped years ago. I prefer UM2 to UMS2 since it can charge at 0.1

Thanks. The 100mA feature is exactly what I wanted too. Didn’t know the UMS2 can’t do that.

I would be much more confident purchasing from an AliExpress seller that has been around a while, especially if they have good feedback.
