【TS10V2 Al available】Wurkkos "slender waist" TS10v2 aluminum version available with black, green, orange

Shipping anything with Li is an automatic price hike, as the packages need special markings, handling, and usually aren’t transported by air.

Thanks! That’s indeed helpful — that explains turnaround time between ordering and receiving my order and maybe why the flashlights stay in export customs for 48hrs+.

For all I know, the origin of the TS10 is deeper in China so transporting the torch with Li battery might cost them more……

yes, thanks ,that is the point, and sometimes we have to order some cheap flashlight to install each battery and arrange shipping.

the price on shopee, I will check with outr colleague and update to correct one, thanks for the info

Dear Wurkkos,

I am sure I am not the only one very interested in a TS10 with 2700K or 3000K LEDs.

Do you have any plans to offer such a version of TS10? If yes, when will it be available for purchase?

Nah, infrastructure is very good in China and there is virtually no difference shipping costs from any Chinese city.

I misunderstood you earlier… the TS10 with battery cost does seem high. Wurkkos can check out if there is a pricing mistake since their other flashlights can ship with a battery for a small marginal increase in costs. It’s true that adding an EXTRA batteries beyond the number of flashlights you order will greatly increase costs.

@wurkkos

Why can't I order 14,500 to Poland?

update the shipping method already, would you please try again

Glad I got one, despite its odd behaviour.

3000K we get some pieces and will test, will consider adding 3000K

This is obviously a commercial thread, why does it keep showing up in the “not commercial” recent post view?

At first this was a discussion post, and later the product came out and began to sell, how to change it to the correct category

Looking at the spec sheet for the lattice power LEDs, it looks like they only have 2 CRI variants…70 and 80. Am I wrong?

Loving the matching paracord you have on your TS10 with orange aux!! I think I’ll be receiving the same color mid-August. Looking forward to getting matching colored accessories for it.

Hmm...

I was going to tell you how, but it looks like you figured it out.

Has anybody managed to unscrew the tailcap ? I didn’t have much trouble with the front but the tailcap doesn’t bulge.

yes,
it helps to warm up the host, to soften the blue loctite
(there was a lot, not shown in photo after cleaning)…
.

there is no retaining ring, the switch parts just fall out, so it is a good idea to keep the tailcap glued on.

there is an additional O ring to support the signal tube, in a groove inside the body tube. This is an upgrade over the FWAA, that lacks a second O ring for the inner tube.

TS10 has slightly less switch parts than the FWAA, I prefer the feel of the TS10 switch, and it has better resistance to false activation:

Switch pressures:
stock FWAA 10 ounces
stock TS10 24 ounces
FWAA w O ring mod 28 ounces

the other difference between FWAA and TS10, is no lens over the optic in the TS10, which contributes to making the TS10 shorter than the FWAA.

Thanks, I’ll try with some heat (actually for the front I simply turboed it beforehand).
I guess I’m a bit weird because I want to use a lower force switch, I find the FWAA switch to have a perfect feel (granted it can accidentally activate more easily).

For those that have flashing kits for this (or are interested), I noticed this morning that AVRDUDE recently added support. So you can bypass all the Python/pymcuprog rigmarole if you want and just use our tried-and-true AVRDUDE: Adventures in TinyAVR 1-Series - #294 by gchart

You could check the page 9 write.
Since this is a brand new LED, there are still many places that have been uploaded more than two months ago without update.
And I will upload a new document after the Lattice Power updated their manual.
