Any source(s) for Sofirn C01R

These are dandy small AAA lights with 660nm 3 levels, low to high. I have an acquired a form of night blindness where in the dark if I try to move around I suffer from vertigo. I had previously acquired a couple of these from Sofirn on sale and when I went to order more they were out of stock and did not anticipate producing more. I have two, one that goes from low to high and one high to low. The former is stock, somehow the high to low one got fubarred to the reverse that does not suit my needs. the red light is perfect when I get up night and want to move around without waking the wife. I do have several of the C01s in red but they are not as adaptable to my purposes.

So, sources, suggestions? All help is appreciated. Tx

From off: Turn it on quickly 8 times, keep it on until the light goes out. Now the order of modes is reversed.

awesome, thank you very much, that gives me a backup light. Now to find some more, I have a few vet friends that have a similar issue…

Thank you so much it works great, i didn’t know about this feature.

I tried your suggestion several times, super fast, fast, slow, and still no joy. Any suggestions? tx

Just checked on my C01R, the order changes after seven switches.
But why doesn’t it always work…

Kaidomain does red P60 style drop in and hosts. It’s not as compact as AAA but at least they’re available.

Possibly, when turning it on, it registers the signal twice. This is called bouncing. Clean contacts and try until it works.

Sorry for being late with my answer. Very much traffic on BLF, so threads vanish from the first page quite fast.

will do, getting out the deoxit now.

Just picked up a red penlight off amazon. Quality is OK, a bit below Sofirn IMHO but its very convenient to use. 635nm instead of 660 but at least its not 620. Its the Weltool M6-RD.
