The WK40 is possibly useless for me but I’m still very tempted to buy it as a ‘’toy’’ for the wow factor.

Before i pull the trigger on this one, i need some info: does it hold High or is there a stepdown from High? If yes, what is max sustained output it can hold?

It holds high, when the temperature control point is reached, the brightness decreases as the temperature increases.

I know all this stuff but i am more interested what is the output after thermal step down from High...

I love my TS21 for its versatility and its compact form factor, considering its a 21700 flash!
Are there going to be multiple firmware choices for the TS22? (Like there are for TS21)

I have a TS10 and WK30. Very interested in the WK40!
I own a TS10 and a WK30. Both are really nice flashlights.
The TS10 is a great EDC and the WK30 is a whole lot of fun - it’s my only ‘real’ UV light (the two others I have are keychain lights with relatively weak UV sidelights) and every time I turn it on, I’m surprised by its output.
That being said, I’d like to see an upgraded WK30 with USB-C charging, 21700 battery, bigger reflectors, ZWB2 filter, slight UI tweaks and maybe a white emitter with more throw than the LH351D.
The WK40 looks promising, definitely curious to know how the UI works.
I soom have a TS10 and a TS22 would be a good fit for the collection.

Wurkkos is great for having such a close relationship with this forum and for listening to us and what we want to see in a flashlight.
The WK40 looks fantastic. I am not really a reviewer but will share photos if I win it in this giveaway.
