【convoy】H4 and B35AM options are updated

Does anyone know of there is a difference in efficiency between the 8A buck and 8A CC driver in the S21D?

Hi Simon, any chance you will have a quad 519a version of this?

Thank you,

does the 8A CC driver have great advantages over the 8A buck driver?
Which one of these 2 would be preferred, as the 12A FET driver should not be that good as I read?

A side switch and USB charging version of the S21D would be fantastic.

ESW5KOXA1572 doesn’t work anymore

They are even listed for everyone to see on the front page of the Convoy store. For Example.

AliExpress stopped the previous coupon rules. At present, you can only get coupons on the front page of the store.

The efficiency is the same.

I have plans in this regard.

Looking forward to this one! Hopefully it will retain the buck driver.

prikolow and stephenk

They’re the same driver really, just with some fixes :stuck_out_tongue:

Good to know.

This is very interesting, I want such a flashlight)

I’ve got the L8 and the M3-C light in front of me now. I like both but the L8 is not a carry light. Would it be possible to build a new light with the L8 26800 tube and tail, M3-C head, 25 amp driver and use the SFH55 LED? And of course with the optional stainless steel bezel. Another idea same set up with a quad XHP-50.3 LED.

i dont have a plan to use SFH55 LED, sorry ,
seems no quad lens for 5050 LED

For the M21D with GT-FC40, what is the actual measured current draw from the battery on Turbo?

Also, what is the measured battery voltage once fully charged in the light.

Hello Simon! Is it possible to put a FC40 in the S21A host??

No. Simon does not make a driver that is compatible with both FC40 and S21A.

7070 sized emitters are somewhat overkill for 21700 tube lights. They will step down and be thermally throttled very quickly. A bit more thermal mass around the head is required.
The slightly larger S21D 4x519A is pretty close in performance to the FC40 in much larger M21 series lights, so maybe consider that.

In addition to the maximum mode, there are also lower modes, and many of them we use more often.
