Lght(s) you bought more than 1?

Convoy S2+ (x2) way back in 2015
Jetbeam Mini One keychain lights (x2)
Nitecore Tube v1 keychain lights (x2)
Maratac CR123 (although in copper and stainless steel)
Massdrop (Lumintop) AAA (although in copper and brass)

I have probably 10 lumintop tool AAs, most with nichia emitters. It’s my go to EDC. I also have probably 8 Olight I3Es - Great keychain lights. And I’ve probably got at least 20 convoy S2 variants. Mostly all home builds though.

You ever hear of that guy named Noah, from the Ark?

Yeah that’s me with flashlights.
Been doing it forever and most times it works out for the good.

My repeated purchases include the following brands/models:

Nicron B74e (too cheap and very cute to resist)
Olight Baton 3, one silver, one red
Olight Obulb, 10 in different colours (gave nine to my grandson last Christmas)
Sofirn SP40, one green, one black, one chocolate (like its cute tiny 18350 tube)
Sofirn C8F, one green, one black
Sofirn SC31Pro, buy two to get free shipping
Sofirn SC10PRo, one black, one green
Sofirn BLF LT1, one orange (original), one green (new and improved model)
Wurkkos HD20, one green, one black
Wurkkos TS30, TS30S (its aggressive steel bazel is irresistable)
Astrolux EA01S, one black, one gray, one blue (one of my favourite models, best value)
Convoy C8+, one purple, one gold
Convoy L6, one black, one silver

When the price is right, it doesn’t matter to buy the same model in a different colour to enjoy more of the same. :sunglasses:

Cheers to all repeat buyers of nice flashlights! :open_mouth:

There’s a new and improved model of LT1?

Lumintop edc01 - 4 pcs.
Sofirn c01s - 3 pcs.
Headlamps d10 - 3 pcs.

dealgrabber2002,

The “new and improved” LT1 carries Anduril 2.0 software, and it is about 30% more expensive than the “original” LT1, with Anduril 1.0.

The “original” LT1 is now only about S$77 (about US$55) with four 18650 cells and free shipping (to Singapore), whereas the “new and improved” model with the same four 18650 cells is S$99 or about US$71.

TS10 simply coz it was ‘supposed to be’ the last piece in stock, hence I bought it. Then after a couple of hours, the made a new listing adding a battery for USD2 more and in the aux tint that I wanted. I initially wanted to cancel the first but they couldn’t coz it was picked up by the courier, and I didn’t want to drop the one with extra battery. Hence, I now have 2 silver TS10 with one having orange aux and the other a red aux light.

Might try to get a red SC31 Pro if it comes with that ‘flashing pad’ coz my green one didn’t have one.

2 DT8s for me too. 1 SST20 deep red (black body) and 1 Nichia 219b (cyan blue body)

FWAA regular and FWAA Ti+Cu

Tool AA Cu and Tool AA Ti

I have a D4v2 Ti Blue Swirl and considering a D4v2 Ti Blue Circuit ...

3x Wurkkos WK01 4000k and 3x WK02 4000k.

Literally because they were discontinued and on clearance. Got ’um $5 each so no dent on the wallet.

WK01 w/10440 turned out to be the most useful / used light in my whole collection. Kinda regret didn’t buy even more when they were still in stock.

2x Emisar DT8 219b 4500k.

Used them as camera-mounted video lights. Terrible for shooting people (you need large diffused lights for that) but great for Urbex videos.

Planning to replace with 2*DT8 519a 4500k when Hank releases boost driver for DT8.

Same model with different LEDs:

7x DT8 (219b*2, 519a*2, SST20, PM1, E21a)
2x KR4 (XP-L V2-5D, SST20)

Bought a bunch of those V11R’s when you could get them for $20 a piece. Figured people would go back to asking stupid prices for them again. I wasn’t disappointed.

Bought multiple of those little Olight Smini’s in all the different materials. Modded some, sold some, and still have quite a few. Prices went stupid as well. Nice trading material for when I am looking for something.

Eagletac D25LC2’s are my S2’s so I got 3 or 4 of them. I like the UI for work and they are a tiny bit smaller than the S2. Not as cheap but, I caught a pretty good sale on them a year or so back. $29 shipped back then.

I might have doubles of a few other lights but, really only for the alternative materials used.

The SC31 Pro zeroair reviewed does not show flashing pads either:

Does a D4 and D4v2 count?

Kind of specific, but the Tool AA in Gray. For like 2 years they couldn’t be found and then I got one on their site. Later I saw it on Amazon for free shipping. I don’t think they are limited, but I got a spare just in case they come hard to find again.

What’s the difference? More efficient?

I have three S2+ lights, one with a W1, one with a sst40 behind a 60 degree pebble optic, one with a 519a and OP reflector.

Some slight host changes, but very minor.
New driver that’s not 7135-based (so a bit more efficient) and a new generation of ATTiny, plus the move from RampingIOS to Anduril. And Aux lights primarily. Eventually he added 2-channel drivers which support tint-mixing. Now there’s a boost driver too.

I’m with JM, that it’s probably easier to list those I don’t have multiples of.

Things like my MH20s, EC50s, EC4GTs, GTmicros, etc., I just don’t want to be without at least one, so “two is one, one is none”.

Those “free” lights like the Oilights and Thrunites, yeah, lots of multiples, ostensibly for gifting, but…

Other keychain lights are cheap enough to grab a few if at a low enough price-point. Eg, the infamous Glaree E03s.

Classic lights like the F1 again are too good to not have at least a couple, even, ironically, if I don’t use ’em.

Then the buy-’em-as-hosts lights like S2+es, F13s, C8s of all varieties, hosts that take drop-ins (’501s, ’502s, L2Ms, etc.), and so on.

I keep saying it but never doing it… I gotta thin the herd. :poop::poop::poop:
