Good point, I was going to ask the same question but for the UK - Anyone know? does Neal do all the appropriate VAT collection and labelling at point of sale (like BG do) so it goes straight through customs? if not it could cost a literal arm and leg as it would be all down to customs, and they’d probably do the VAT / duty on the full price item.
