I have this reflector that I have made from 86mm kaidomain reflectors. it is not actually glued together so it will come apart into the individual reflectors. The reflectors haven’t been cleaned up so there are still burs on them and the need hitting with compressed air it isn’t done because it is best if it is only done once.
So if you have an idea of what you would do with it post it here. If someone is willing to build a light from it and do a write up here for entertainment purposes I will send it to them.
I would have thought you’d be capable of doing this yourself grin? You’ve gone this far…. 
What emitters were you considering?
That’s a beautiful reflector. 
Do you know the total diameter?
The three leds I would suggest for this reflector are:
- SBT90 for max throw
- XHP70.3 for a good combination of flood and throw
- SFP55 with 25 led dies and over 10000 lumens for max lumens
It would probably fit just fine in a Thor X Colossus or Thor X host.
This was a trial run to see how it would go. I had XHP35s for it but left then on the stove and burnt them. I am sorting things out so I thought it would be interesting to see what someone else would build with it. I also have 4 GT reflectors to build another.
The face plate is 195mm diameter.
A thor would be a good host
I don’t have any ideas. I want to do a MULTI-XHP70. 3 HI build (have drawn a few ideas) but there’s no good DIY options for drivers.
A newer LED is probably better. I have a 9amp German buck driver but not sure of the voltage.
I have found some more parts for it. I found the broken light housing on the side of the road. The lens, reflector and driver were all gone.
I have the mounting bracket somewhere and there is a plug of copper somewhere that maybe to heavy to send.
I have too much stuff and I won’t be short of big reflectors.
