So I bought this Dongrui All-920 (Q5) to use it as a mod host with an XP-G based on VFMaddict's posting about it. I received the light yesterday and have tested it out briefly. The light is pretty nice quality, although the battery tube is very very thin. It has double o-rings at the tailcap, space for double o-rings at the top (only came with 1), GITD o-ring in the bezel, GITD tailcap (I assume, but it hasn't glowed for me yet), a nice deep smooth reflector, and does not tailstand due to the…

Have both and really like the light weight and pocket ability.

Yes, that’s been my thrower for almost 10 years now, always ready in the front closet. It has proven to be all the thrower I need for practical use. …Maybe because I live in the woods and it gets very dark here. It just doesn’t see a lot of use as I find an S2+ beam profile more suitable for most use. The UF-V3 has a nice clean tightly focused beam. I like it!
Mine has a 3 mode driver, don’t recall if I replaced it or not. I might consider an LED upgrade but it’s so well focussed now I’m reluctant to mess with it.
