LF: 4000LM+ 4000K high CRI C8F replacement

Hi all! I continue to love my C8F that y'all recommended years ago. Thank you! I'm now looking to pass it on and upgrade.
Requirements:
4000LM minimum, ideally more

21700, 1 to 3 batteries (soda can shape is ok if it is insanely bright)

No more than 4500K color temp

CRI 90-99 

I'm not looking for a super thrower but also not a flood light. Somewhere in between

Budget: 50-100usd

I looked at a EC06 but the low CRI and high CCT makes it a no go.

It looks nearly perfect other than the length! I think 170mm to 200mm is as long as I could EDC.

Well, you mentioned the EC06 which is far too big to EDC, so I was under the impression anything goes.
