Since it took 20 days just to decide to mail out the light, I can’t say I am all too impressed with my first dealing with Thrulite. Never had one of their products so maybe if the light itself is amazing enough, I might forgive the slow ordering.
Got 2 emails, 2 hours apart. First said "delivered", second one had an apology about the delay and my tracking number.
Got my tracking info.
I appreciate the updates and sympathize with a start up business. Personally, the people who entered more than once I would have kicked out as scammers. Hard enough to start up a business without these kind of customers.

Yes, it's unfortunately it's only in chinese up until it enters the customs in your country...

We at ThruNite would like to apologize to all our customers.
We did not expect that many customers for our first promotion - especially since we just got our retail store established.
There were more problems than we expected with our new system, and we are working around the clock to resolve all problems.
Please be rest assured that we shipped out all orders (with the exception of a handful awaiting address and phone confirmation).
All orders were shipped out even though there were many duplicate orders. *There were many individuals who created 2, 3, 4 (even 9!) accounts.

There were over 1000 orders and we did not expect this volume.
Our current shipping setup requires us to manually update the tracking numbers with the accounts and this is very time consuming.
For convenience, we used China Post, which is more difficult to deal with as they have not put the tracking numbers online yet, even though we shipped the packages 1 week ago.

I paid $11 for mine and only purchased the other day. I already have one and it is great value for $11. So for any one who got it for $5 got a bargain.
Got the same email. I say they’re okay, considering they just got started with their store.
Received my ship confirmation email a couple hours after this post. Its kind of ironic the time, it was 3:23 am central time and 323 is in my user id. Maybe some good luck will come my way, but probably not its usually bad luck…… J)

Got my tracking number today (it was in my spam folder as well). My order number was #388.
THANKS for that! Mine was also in a preliminary spam folder where I had to go find it (having multiple scan levels) at 6:04AM this morning for order #618. They seem to have loaded up data to a service to get the notices out and that’s probably why it hit spam that way.
USPS tracking says mine arrived Los Angeles ISC yesterday morning. I’ve never had a foreign package go west coast before, so not sure what time frame to expect. Registered mail. Hopefully here early next week.
US tracking usually works for me as packages transition to the airport in China, before it even hits US customs.

Don’t tell me that they’ve finally sent all Tis, including those “duplicates” for scammers? OK if they don’t know that, buy they knew they was scammers (or whateva) why just not to refund instead?

That site seem to be a very good one! Usually I use an app on my android phone to track any packages, so I get automatic notifications everytime there is an update.
My order number is 1259. Guess I’ll be waiting a while! 
A closed fist to the nuts to anyone that played the system by creating more than one account to get more than one light or put more than one in their cart for the $5 price. It’s greedy, selfish bastards like that who ruin it for everyone else. How many here couldn’t get even one because they ran out early? Glad I acted as soon as I saw the original post. I feel sorry for those who missed out. 
Looking forward to getting mine. They say they shipped a week ago but only shows up now due to system issues. That means it could arrive in a week or two. Yay!!
