The XENO E03 has rarely been touched, just used for comparison shots against the wall. Never carried or scratched, never ran on high for more than a minute.
The batteries have only been charged about 2 times each, once when they were taken out of the packet and another time to top them up after some light use. Never ran to protection cut off.
