Solved: cnqualitygood is playing with me

Hi,

I am facing some issues to contact cnqualitygoods.
The website seems to be serious, and I ordered a flashlight from it.

I got some emails from the members telling me that my order is not yet available and I have to wait for some time, or change my order. So they are asking me what I prefer.

The issue is that NONE of the emails provided in the website or anywhere WORKS.
So I am unable to reply, and looks like they are waiting for my answer.

If this cannot be resolved I will talk to them through Paypal, meaning opening a complaint just to be able to talk to them.

I think Rick posts here in BLF, why not PM him about your decision and ask him for the correct contact info.

Silicon - Process can be frustrating. Can i ask what email address your using? I know CNQ is a busy vendor and
is that’s certainly not a reason to keep a customer waiting. I think we here at BLF in part keep CNQ busy and what not
because of the service. Check your PM for there contact info and i would be more than happy to shoot an e-mail over to them if need be…

Have you tried sales@cnqualitygoods.com or customerservice@cnqualitygoods.com?

I’ve had problems mailing them via my yahoo mail account, as yahoo was (is?) on the RBL (I’m too lazy to dig, but I bet that means blacklist for spammers) and the mail just bounces.

If Ric is reading this, maybe it’s time to think about a different spam strategy.

edit: I googled rbl — it’s the Real-time Blackhole List (RBL), created in 1997. I learn something every day.
edit 2: by putting the email addresses above in (less than) and (greater than) brackets, they disappeared, at least in Opera.

Oh you might be right !
I am sending to both email adresses provided on the website, and none of them works, Yahoo telling me there was some RBL issues also (“Failure Notice to deliver your message to the following address…”).

I contacted Ric and I will follow with him then.

Thanks to everyone

I get the same…

I have had no issues contacting Ric or Merry using the following: customerservice@cnqualitygoods.com

Hey all

I had trouble initially with getting a response as well when I had a query about a product I purchased.

But stick with them - after a few emails I had good cooperation from Ric - we discussed my issues with the product, and came up with a good solution.

Remember, you are dealing with a very busy company who give cheap prices, so be persistent if you have comms issues with them and I’m sure Ric or Merry will do right by you.

Cheers
