i am sorry that the email used to comunicate with you is my main email and i cant share the account with anyone here interested to see that i repeately sent e-mails to you for solve the problem and you did not answered. you answered only 2 times after 4 days of waitting.

Good to see sb56637 has an accurate description of DD on the rating page:

Unscrupulous and desperate seller
Employs shady business practices such as spamming forums by lying, paid shills
Employs deceptive marketing campaigns by temporarily manipulating prices and promotions
Several cases of stealing user photos for a product description
Inaccurate, imprecise product descriptions
Prices are higher than average for a Chinese distributor

One reason is that DD gives a gift card if you write a positive (5/5) review about them. After they screwed up pretty much every order I’ve made I stopped buying from DD.

I would add:

Apparently sells their customer emails to spam marketing companies. I have no proof of this, but within 2 days of making my one and only DD order, my inbox was deluged with 15-20 spam emails a day and this has continued for weeks. I really have no use for fake Viagra pills, senior dating sites, extended warranty offers, etc., etc.

There is no way in hell I will ever do another order through DD. Your company has the worst track record with Customer Service I have ever witnessed, and I am an AT&T and Comcast customer, which are both pretty frustrating. One the worst thing is your poorly worded responses on this forum that basically say nothing of substance. You act like you are our advocate, but you very rarely resolve anything, just add to the confusion. I am not a Xenophobe and hope this doesn't come off like I am, but if you are going to deal with customers using English as the international language of commerce, your responses need to be in English, not the apparently machine translated ones you post here. I read and re-read your responses and I have no idea what you are saying - I cannot imagine how frustrating this is for people like lantereled and others where English is their second language.

DD seriously needs to get it's collective Sh1t together and do some damage control. You can start by stopping all the price scamming and bait and switch BS that goes on almost daily. We don't want to be treated like your God (your words), just like your valued customer.

Summer, I think that you are doing the right thing traying to resolve us problems with the orders.

You’re not paying for my 3rd party opinion, but I’m going to offer it as something that could help your customer service if you can accept and internalize it.

We expect your staff have rules and challenges and problems . . they’re at work and have jobs . . When you set a price you don’t want to know what challenges and problems we have in paying for a good . . you want the cash or your site doesn’t complete the sale. Customers don’t really need to hear about your staff’s problems, we want the correct working product for the cash, or failing that a valid solution to our problem that works for us (which specifically excludes hearing about your staffs’ problems).

Pretty simple. A reasonable amount of honest problems will be tolerated . . but excuses about your challenges in doing your jobs only make the company look like they don’t have their act together at best, or at worst are dishonest.

Hi all my dear friends ,thanks all your great support and good advise ,and about our cs individuals ,I have contacted our cs manager ,they will make a detailed survey and let their work goes smoothly.And for me,I am in another department,so sometime I have no right to access all our cutomers order problem in the first time ,but every time you all post here,when I found I help contact and try my best to solve all the order problem,and some of friends here from last year to this year ,they all support me and also trust me ,when they meet some problem,they will tell me in the first time and also all has solved,I told all the staff condition about our store before in this forum ,because I treat all of you as our friends,have nothing to avoid,we all want to support our customers have good experience ,if some body always make some Malicious slander,we all will make detailed survey and support all of our blf firends an active answer.We are growing and also every company have deficiencies,the import thing can know that and improve,we all believe action speak louder than words,so we will try our best to support every customer from our store ,and all of people are all our friends. :slight_smile:

it's pretty clear you haven't bought much lately powerwholesale.net has been gone for quite a while now and ws deals // the wholesale part of focalprice has always been a scammy scummy dealer too ..

All of these places are cool until you have a problem .. all of them are all playing a very similar type game ..

i agree Dino direct after the sale sucks badly ..my experinace is they really really suck if you have a problem after the sale ..maybe if you badger them to death and jump thru all their little mindgame hoops they may rewward your determination .. I've spent a ton with them and ONLY because their deals are unbeatable ..I always suggest that you have to simply factor into the price a 7% loss due to them doing nothing for you after the sale ..it's a crappy way to do business but it's their business .. not mine .

Lots of members here have decided to never do business with Dino D. again .....i think that's a terribly foolish thing to do ..Who else sold a sunwayman v60C for under 100$ , a v10A for 46$.or a LD-40 Fenix for 36$... no one

i dont say that powerwholesale is the best but i bought large amounts from them 1 month ago and all was good…so far.
and about branded items on DD i have serius doubt that are genuine.
and yes, always pay with pay pal. i my case pay pal just decided today in my favor and refunded me the money that DD refused to return.
Personaly i will NEVER deal with DD again no matter how small pricess they have.

You implied that ILF was “stealing” internet from his employer, when I doubt that you have any insight into what his employer’s rules are regarding internet use. (Some have a computer in the breakroom for employee use, etc, etc.) I’d also call that rude.

I’m not the cops here (so you can ignore me), but I’d encourage you to step back for a moment and let this whole situation relax nicely.

For your information, my employer is perfectly fine about us using the internet while on break. All work and no play makes for a boring nonproductive day I guess is how they look at it. They want us to ease our minds and tenison when we are on breaks. And apparently it works due to their profits in return and us putting product out the door.

I guess we will let admin look at your post and see if he would want a child who might be viewing this forum to read it.
