I placed two orders with Tmart. Both came fast and were what I ordered. I will order from them again. They have been much better than DX.

I have gotten 3 shipments from Tmart in less than a week and all products (mcu, skyray king, and batteries have been in perfect condition.

Sorry to hear all above, actually a new batch of Z8 is about to come, it would be shipped in about two days from U.S warehouse instead of the way coming from HK, @weiser701, normally, The Sherry Ye would provide more accurate information for all members in BLF specially. I stay close to all you with the purpose of helping you sometimes and informing Sherry Ye the situation you are in as soon as possible.

Thanks for the reply. I was just a little disappointed it showed in stock at the US warehouse yet it obviously wasn’t. I received no update to inform me of such and only found out because I contacted Tmart myself. This is exactly what I dislike about some of the other Chinese shops. Otherwise I applaud your business. My first order went quite well and I even left plenty of positive feedback in response to that experience. Again, just frustrated it took two purchases to eventually find out it’s not even in stock. I’m just gonna go with a light from ebay and may try Tmart at a later date if I need something else.

To the poster of this thread, how about editing the AVOID label off. IMHO it does not belong there. As it is now, everytime someone posts a good review, anyone not actually reading the thread only sees AVOID. Good service should be rewarded, bad service punished. I have had many good experiences, and I can see that there are many others also.

Agreed. I see no reason for the AVOID label. When my first light arrived with a funky driver I was promptly offered a credit (I kind of eluded to it) and accepted. ANY vendor would have sold that light in that condition except the smaller USA-based sites (speaking as USA resident). Their customer service alone warrants the site positive standing.

UPDATE: Tmart has issued the refund and paypal has processed it already. They are very quick and reliable at issuing credit. You’d have to twist the arms of most other Chinese shops.

Agreed here, too! I get pissed every time I see the avoid when I know how hard they have worked to improve their standing. They are now one of the better dealers out there.

+1 There is no way that Tmart should have an Avoid label!!! I think it’s the best company on here to order from and if something happens they will do what it takes to make you happy. I think that Louis and Sherry do an excellent job!!!

I couldn’t agree more. I’ve ordered many times over the last 1.5 years, and had great service not to mention super fast shipping. There are plenty of worse dealers out there; from what I can tell, Manafont has fallen out of favor but still is a preferred vendor.

Tmart is a very good company. I bought twice from them. My lights were shipped out on the same day or the next. The items I received was top notch. UltraFire G4-MCU became my 2nd favorite light just after ZL SC600. It is fairly bright, nice beam, excellent throw, and NO PWM. And it was only $12.
I like Tmart. No long waiting. Good.

I sure hope you are seeing all this, Sb. They have long since cleaned up their act and need to have “Avoid” removed from this thread title. Those of us who use them regularly know better than those who don’t and we feel they need a “Recommended” label.

Has anyone ever tried to contact their live support? You connect with someone INSTANTLY. The communication barrier sometimes gets in the way a little, but that’s expected. Sherry Ye even followed up on one of my chats HERE on this forum. It’s not like they only sell flashlights. How many other forums are they tracking? That, along with fast shipping from a US warehouse, and you have a much improved etailer.

I received my Z8 and I love it. Great service from Tmart and they were very helpful since my card had not been charged. However it would have been nice if they contacted me instead of me contacting them. Either way I am satisfied with the service and think the avoid label should be removed

T-Mart deserves a recommend label, especially with a US warehouse. I had a recent order with a defective flashlight. Contacted live chat and within a few minutes was emailed a return shipping label and a new one was sent promptly. A previous order was said to be in stock when in fact it was not. I was issued an immediate paypal refund. I’m not saying their company logistics are the best, but they do make up for it in customer support.

Hmm. and i was thinking unbiased reviews would fetch big bucks!
