Agreed here, too! I get pissed every time I see the avoid when I know how hard they have worked to improve their standing. They are now one of the better dealers out there.

+1 There is no way that Tmart should have an Avoid label!!! I think it’s the best company on here to order from and if something happens they will do what it takes to make you happy. I think that Louis and Sherry do an excellent job!!!

I couldn’t agree more. I’ve ordered many times over the last 1.5 years, and had great service not to mention super fast shipping. There are plenty of worse dealers out there; from what I can tell, Manafont has fallen out of favor but still is a preferred vendor.

Tmart is a very good company. I bought twice from them. My lights were shipped out on the same day or the next. The items I received was top notch. UltraFire G4-MCU became my 2nd favorite light just after ZL SC600. It is fairly bright, nice beam, excellent throw, and NO PWM. And it was only $12.
I like Tmart. No long waiting. Good.

I sure hope you are seeing all this, Sb. They have long since cleaned up their act and need to have “Avoid” removed from this thread title. Those of us who use them regularly know better than those who don’t and we feel they need a “Recommended” label.

+1 Agree completely!

Has anyone ever tried to contact their live support? You connect with someone INSTANTLY. The communication barrier sometimes gets in the way a little, but that’s expected. Sherry Ye even followed up on one of my chats HERE on this forum. It’s not like they only sell flashlights. How many other forums are they tracking? That, along with fast shipping from a US warehouse, and you have a much improved etailer.

I received my Z8 and I love it. Great service from Tmart and they were very helpful since my card had not been charged. However it would have been nice if they contacted me instead of me contacting them. Either way I am satisfied with the service and think the avoid label should be removed

I haven’t been screwed yet !

T-Mart deserves a recommend label, especially with a US warehouse. I had a recent order with a defective flashlight. Contacted live chat and within a few minutes was emailed a return shipping label and a new one was sent promptly. A previous order was said to be in stock when in fact it was not. I was issued an immediate paypal refund. I’m not saying their company logistics are the best, but they do make up for it in customer support.

Hmm. and i was thinking unbiased reviews would fetch big bucks!

Just a Joke!…Funny?…no funny.oops

What can I do. Like I said, I didn't contact them about it so, I wasn't expecting anything. As disappointing as it was, I guess it's not that big a deal. I don't want to stir anything up further other than to say, most Chinese sellers have a vastly different idea of customer service than I do. Would be nice if I were that influential but . . .

An example: I sold a Foybezel to a member here a couple of weeks ago. After it arrived he contacted me to say it had some little scratches on the inside edge, something that would buff out in about 45 seconds, by the way. I also did not put enough postage on the envelope so I ended up looking like a moron. He went on to say that it only bothered him slightly and then gushed about how awesome it looked on his light. It didn't matter to me whether there were actually any scratches or not. I immediately sent another bezel, priority mail and told him to keep both.

He was paying full retail and had every right to expect his idea of perfection. It would be lunacy for me to blow him off over $20. I hesitate to write all this because it is seriously, not a big deal. They just have a different concept of customer service. And, maybe they have to. Maybe there are so many people from all over the world trying to put them together all the time, they feel they have no choice. Maybe it's a cultural thing.

But . . . something Tmart and every other seller needs to understand; most people that have a bad experience at a restaurant never say a word. They simply do not return.

Foy

That right there says it all, brother. Cool

Tmart still using the same techniques by posing as customers here and on other websites to fraudly boost their rating and defend their bad business instead of changing their customer service techniques to avoid having the real customers going online to a websites as this one to raise their concern against Tmart behavior

So, which users on BLF do you believe to be Tmart employees. I don’t think anyone here has seen that in a long time. Now other places like tiny deal and a few others do it all the time.

BTW, welcome to BLF. Where are you from and how long have you been lurking before signing up?

Yeah, I would like to know also who is posing a a poster but is an employee of Tmart.

We all know Louise and Sheery Ye, they have come here to help and have stated that.

Please, show me the ringers!!!

If the item is on China don’t order. I ordered a Uniquefire UF 2220 that was in the US and a drop in Q5. I got the light in 4 days, then I get an email that my Q5 should arrive in 15 to 20 days and I have already waited 7 days ! Unbelievable !!!

Could that be
lightsforyoureyes@tinydeal.com ?

Hummmm. can this be true?

Man,Espionage here at BLF.
